3 nights in a row of not eating between 7PM-7AM

I've had to take these steps to stop myself from eating between 7PM and 7AM:

1. not keeping anything tempting in the house
2. taking problem foods to the car and leaving them in a cooler in the trunk overnight
3. parking the car far enough away from the house so that it's less tempting to go out to the car in the middle of the night

I am determined to do whatever it takes to stop overeating during the night. I will be pay attention to my needs in the middle of the night and address them without using food.

    I did this for a while and now I am doing the 16 hour daily fast. I stop eating between 6 - 7 P.M. and don't start eating again until between 10 and 11 A.M. i stick with this unless I adjust my times. It has helped me to stop grazing and to stop having cravings.
