My plan is simple:
Walk 5 out of 7 days
Do HIIT on Elliptical 3 x per week, 20 min sessions
Eat clean staying within the principals of clean eating
Kick chaos, clutter etc. do a bit every day, week etc.
Reading one book every 2 weeks
8 glasses of water a day
As much sleep as I can get to 8 hours a night
Be available for my friends and family.
Be aware of my blessings
Stay in the moment, be aware of every second, every minute etc.
Make the best of my God given talents.
