Short Term, Mid Term and Christmas Goals

3 Kilos a Month Till Christmas
This is my new mid-term goal. Let's start with the short term goal to get down from 79.6 (today's weigh in) to 77. That is nearly 3 kilos for the month of October. If I follow through on the three kilos a month for three months, I would be at ultimate goal weight by Christmas. That would be very cool! Of course, to do that I need to move more and eat less. So I need to go back to following weekly goals and journaling on my progress. In addition to the weight loss goals, I want to continue with my decluttering projects and finish my painting by the end of the year. I need to also get some planning processes in place that I do regularly so that I can be more organized.
So here are my goals for next week (today until next Friday):
1. Fitness center twice and walking as much as possible. Shoot for 60,000 steps in the week.
2. Declutter my home office more, donate things, get rid of junk
3. Work on painting
4. File private papers
5. Work on clothes closet. Fall/Winter season is coming soon!
In general I need to review my paperwork system and make sure I have everything I need for my business for 2014 while I am doing the filling.
