Workout - Week 8 - Day 2 - Warrior Home Gym

Did you notice anything different in the title? I had to quit the gym. Family circumstances shifted a little so I had to shift other things in my life to accommodate. No worries. I'm glad that I had taken those two days last week to set up my own workout schedule because now I know that I can do it.
So after taking care of family business this evening, I worked out for 20 minutes on step aerobics and 20 minutes upper body strength.
I'm also still being very careful what I eat. During pivotal changes like this in anyone's life, it's easy to get derailed. Then add emotional and mental stress....well....it's like tar sucking up the dinosaurs. So I'm fighting the tendency to feel sorry for myself.

I'm going to keep this routine going because I know if I don't hold myself accountable to writing my updates, like April with her pic & posts, I will go easy on myself.
