Workout - Week 8 - Day 3 - Warrior Home Gym

Still on track. I've been pretty busy with stuff and haven't had a chance to get on here and ready posts and blogs but I'm hoping to get caught up on all of it tonight.
I worked 35 minutes on muscle and core strength. A body can really work up a sweat on that. I'm surprised.
Lately I've been feeling I'm not much of a contributor to the teams I'm on but I know it's because I'm emotionally drained from dealing with stuff....at least I'm hoping it's that.
I wish I had some of my SP friends closer so that we could go for a cup of coffee and let off steam.
The onslaught of life doesn't give an inch!
Anyways, just knowing you folks are fighting as hard, if not harder, to reach your goals. I'm off to read posts and I hope you all have a nice restful night!
