Workout - Week 9 - Day 2 - Warrior Home Gym

Not in the frame of mind to workout, dragging my feet....but it's done. The one thing that really pushes me on isn't so much I have a goal, but because my team of gals are rooting for me. I know you are understanding and things come up, sometimes we just aren't in the frame of mind and no one judges, but it helps to know that you want me to succeed as much as I want me to succeed...maybe even more than me.
I really wouldn't be able to get on here every other day nor work out 6 days a week without the support and encouragement I've received from you folks!! The goodies sent to me, the comments on my blogs, the comments on my page....it's just overwhelming the feeling of appreciation I feel for you.
So today since I did 15 minutes cardio and 30 minutes strength. A total of 45 minute workout. I feel I accomplished something great because that little voice inside wanted to sit on the couch and snack on no good goodies!! Now that I exercised and drank ice water, I don't have that urge.
Whew! Thank goodness I have this blog and my friends. Saved my bottom line tonight! I hope you all had a successful day and that you are happy with your choices. See your blogs soon.
