Workout - Week 10 - Day 2 - Warrior Home Gym

Technically I work out every day except Tuesdays. That's my rest day. But I stayed with the theme from when I was in gym class.
I'm sick of exercising and watching what I'm eating but I know that if I throw in the towel now, I'll feel miserable within a day. Plus after three months pass I'll have regretted not sticking with it when it got tough and say, "self, why didn't you just hang in there? You'd be down 50 lbs by now." So I'm giving myself that pep talk now.
I did 30 minutes lower body strength training and 15 minutes cardio and called it good.
We'll see how things go the rest of the week.
