Almost!

Thursday, November 20, 2014

Firstly, I wish I could explain how me previous blog just up and disappeared, but it is just a big a mystery to me!
That is all done now, so lets move forward.

I cannot believe it has been 11 weeks that I have moved onto a new lifetyle that is giving me not only weight loss as a bonus, but health benefits too!!

On the 3rd of December it will be 3 calendar months.

That is the longest I would have kept to something (concerning my weight and health) for over 4 years!!! Now to me, that is a non-scale-victory!
When we started I decided that I will give it 8 weeks to see if it works. I didn't even think I would last it that long, but, here we are...

I'm still wary to shout from the rooftops the weight loss I've experienced thus far. Although if you can do a little math, my ticker will give it away ;)

I am just so thankful for my hubby who stepped up to the plate to help and support me through this decision. As an added bonus I find him behind the stove for breakfast and dinner on many occasions - something that never happened before.

Feeling Thankful...

I never considered my staying power here as a non-scale victory, but you are absolutely right! I've been here almost 6 months and I am just as committed now as I was when I joined-up. No doubt about it, the support of the SP community makes a huge difference in terms of the entire nutrition / fitness process. No one should do anything alone since going it alone is a recipe for disaster. I am happy for you that things are working out so well, and I loved the story of your husband starting to experiment in the kitchen!

    All the best to you!
