2015 Goals and Expectations

Well, gosh, where do I start? I was hoping to be half way to my goal by now which was to be 130 lbs by January 1, 2016. But to do that, I would now need to lose 12 lbs a month. An unhealthy expectation.
One thing that I found helps me with my goals is by encouraging others with theirs. So I think this year I will be more active as a cheerleader and supporter than last year.
Also, reach out and look into other resources here on SparkPeople. There are a lot of articles and videos that are designed to help folks with whatever their situation to stay on track.
Another goal is to really focus on being active, even if it is just 10 minutes a day. Get up, get moving. I love to sit around and be a couch potato but that isn't going to help with getting healthier.
For now, this is going to be my focus. I'm going to set new ones every three months. This way, I can refresh my motivation and review my needs.
