I made leek and lima bean soup with carrots and beef broth
and I had a wonderful dinner of grilled chicken breast with broccoli and cauliflower with a tiny bit of Ginger BBQ sauce.
Food wise I am doing well.
Need to push on the exercise.

For the exercise,,, would it help to add on 2 or 3 mins a day? For let's say 3 days .,, than add again those 2 or 3 mins more,,, and soon you will be UP HIGH !! WOOHOOO !! Plz DONOT Over rush this,,, slower is better, if it keeps you from an injury !!
I just went from 40 to 50 mins during the break, up to the 120,, "SO FAR" but, it's NOT a guarantee that I'll STAY at that 120,, I may drop back down to 80ish mins,, its ONE DAY at a time !! I do NOT need an injury. Today it was 90 mins of walking (on the BROKEN FOOT !! But, i am doing it without shoes !!! That way it DOES NOtHURT , so I am FINE by it,,,,, I DONOT know what Dr will say. He said "Slowly increase the pace,, if you feel pain,,, walk 10 mins more,, than stop". BUt, I've NOT felt that pain. So I HOPE I am doing OK at this. Surgery will follow when either the hardware finishes POPPING thru the skin (Looks like the skin is building up a small callous, so HOPEFULLY that will NOT happen) or when my bone grows (another 3 to 5 months ). He will remove this hardware,,, than I'll be sigh,, another 6 to 8 weeks off foot. So I WANNA lose as much weight as I can now ! 2386 days ago
