I feel accomplished today, I have been back faithfully for 100 days.
I fell of the wagon before the end of 2014. I have learned very good lessons on that time.
Since I was not logging in and count for every morsel I ate, guess what my lost weight came back, my energy drained and my spirits were through the mud.
I was feeling ill and achy to the point that I had to go to the doctor at the beginning of Jan. Well doctor found some arthritis on my old bones that was the pain and aches.
She also found my thyroid were low, my weight gain and my lock of energy.
I have been to some routine check up and everything is checking out Ok, thanks God.
She mainly prescribed to go back to my healthy life style eat nutritiously and exercise.
I'm feeling better now. I have been increasing my activities and trying to cut back to my never ending appetite for food, the good the bad and even the ugly. No matter what I ate it. I also have read the book The Hunger Fix by Dr. Pamela Peeke, she helps in this book to recover from food addiction.
I'm now following the first stage of her detox plan.
It has been 3 month of cleaning up my act and doing things right again.
I have started to see results and I'm motivated. I don't want to over whelmed myself as I did after 3 years of healthy lifestyle but I want this to stick so I can have better rest of my life.
You will see more of me again.
