Yesterday I didn't do bad, but it didn't go quite as well. I got a little bit of a snack attack last night and while I was eating healthy (fruit, etc) I ended up about 150 calories over my calorie budget. Not a lot, but a habit I need to nip.
I think I had the fruit because I was really craving some bread. A nice Vitatop with peanut butter smeared all over it, was calling my name.
Working on sticking with this. My sleep is better than ever - I logged in almost 7 hours last night, which is unheard of from me. I did wake up 2x and was restless 7x.
I plan on doing a run with a hill workout later this morning and my strength training. Other than that, since it's a rainy day here, I'll work on some spring cleaning/decluttering!
