The stretch I chose to do each week is the 10 minute stretch for runners by coach Nicole. I love this stretch, although I am not a runner any more I hike and walk A LOT, I tend to have very abbreviated to non existent stretches unless I have someone to follow along with this video is the perfect length and very easy to follow.
