My S*M*A*R*T Goals

I am very fit and very strong I have been working with a personal trainer for 18 months and at my last assessment test, and except for flexibility I scored excellent not only in my own age category but every age category for women. I'm very proud of that . However my eating is not what it should be for the most part I eat well but I eat way to much and occasionally go completely off the rails. I have lost weight, 33 pounds over the past couple of years but it's time to get off this merry go round of loss and regain of the same 10 pounds, So I am setting goals that are weight related.
Short Term: Lose 1-2 pounds per week
Mid term: Get out of the obese category at 170 I will no longer be obese merely overweight!
Long Term (12 weeks) : Weigh 160
I feel that these are realistic attainable goals
