I have my meals and alternates planned and my shopping list ready to hit the grocery store tomorrow I also have workout schedule for the next week in place and I WILL be tracking everything and following my workout schedule.
I had a very successful week last week I stayed within my nutrition guidelines and has some form of exercise every day and tracked, my reward for that was a 2.4 pound loss. Success begets success.
I struggle with getting my Yoga/stretching done this is something I know benefits me in a huge way and still I neglect it My goal for the next week is to get up and do one of my 10-20 minute yoga video every morning.
Positive affirmation for this week is Let everyday bring me joy!
