Reflections week 2

The past week was very busy I had an extraordinary amount of fitness minutes which was good, because with house guests for four days I went over on my calories a couple of times. I lost 0.4 pounds which is less then I would have liked, but last week I was down 2.5 and my body seldom rewards me two weeks in a row, but has been averaging 1.5 pound a week since April first when I recommitted to tracking my food.
I had a NSV I put on my swim suit and jumped into a swimming pool, first time in years I've been in a public pool....I joined an Aquasize class, I found it to be quite a bit below my fitness level but fun and lots of stretching.
I have my meals planned my shopping done and no house guest planned so here's to another good week.
