Day 1 - Recap

Just a quick update at the end of my first day of getting back in shape... Went 266 calories over my goal range. And I'm still feeling hungry! Hope I'll be able to sleep tonight. Guess it's stilll the first day though. Takes some time getting used to eating normal again! Bracing myself for tomorrow. Just found out it's pretty easy to blog via mobile btw... Should be able to send more regular updates this way. Usually I don't get on my laptop in the evening, since I'm in front of a computer all day at the office. Mobile blogging is more my thing.

    Maybe you could try eating more fruits and veggies and proteins? Or drink more water? Sometimes I am hungry in the evening too but I think it is on days I don't have enough protein.
