Pawse week 6

Week 5 was a trial! Having had knee surgery I didn't get a single fitness minute in, I excused myself for the week and I am now moving forward.
I WILL get my 30 fitness minutes per day in 10 minute increments, alternating days of strength and cardio.
I WILL track my food and aim for the low range of my calorie allotment.
I WILL drink a minimum of 9 cups of water.
I WILL participate/post daily.
By some miracle I managed to maintain my weight in spite of drastically reducing my activity level it's time to loose some more weight, I'm slightly behind my goal of 1.5 pound loss per week.
