Ready for Vacation

So, the last couple of weeks have been good on the eating/exercise front, in spite of the sore hip. And the scale is finally starting to reflect that with about a pound a week loss finally putting me back in the 140's.

The upcoming week will be lots of fun - my daughter and BF are coming home to our summer place for the week, and next weekend most of the extended family will be there for the holiday weekend. I'll be off work for a week! Whee!

Now - vacations and holidays are always terrible for me on the eating/exercise front. So - while I'm not going to restrict terribly and not enjoy myself, I am planning to TRY not to regain during this week away from the scale. (I may be hyperactive in trying to burn off the extra calories, but I'll do it somehow!)
