Week 2 of Healthy Lifestyle

Good evening, my super duper cheerleaders!! I had a good and bad week. But I'm determined to stick it out. Nutrition wise, not good. Attitude and exercise, good. I mistakenly deleted one of my pics, the one where I'm facing sideways, but there's not change yet. hahaha I knew there wouldn't be. It will take a few weeks.
I hope the pictures show up side by side. If not, I'll have to figure out how it's done. Anyhoo, this is before picture dated 6/24/15 and after picture 7/1/15...no change. LOL
I forgot to weigh this morning so I'll just do it next Wednesday morning for the next set of picture posts. Sigh, I wonder if I'll have the patience to keep this up and stick with it.
