Week 6 Reflections

I have now reached the halfway mark of the 12 week challenge and I have not done as well as I had hoped at this point my goal was to be down 9 pounds...however progress has been made, and I am down 5.
Part of the problem was having my activity put on hold for two weeks and the rest of the problem was me getting loosey goosey with my food.
Going forward I
Plan: to track and stay on my food plan
Exercise:
Cardio: daily
Yoga: 3 times per week
Strength: 3 times per week
Aquafit: 2-4 times per week.
