Week 3 of Healthy Lifestyle

Hello fellow supporters and friends. Well, I didn't get pics in for Wednesday but I did weigh myself this time. In two weeks I lost 6 lbs. so the nutrition aspect of my new healthy lifestyle is paying off. Still working on working in (LOL) exercise.

    You do it slowly, it's the healthy weight loss journey. 👍💪 Tomorrow I'm going to have my first bicycle ride on the trail and in the streets after a long time. ☺️so looking forward. You see I dropped 53 lbs quite fast earlier this year but got sick and didn't exercise, nor track food. 8 lbs are now back on. This our body wants that FAT all back like emoticon before! LOL
