Sparkfriends! I'm pulling another overnight shift. Instead of sitting, I spent my first 3 hours performing back-to-back Walk At Home videos off You Tube. I had no idea these also included a couple strength-Training videos. I reached over 11,000 steps and 23 Spark fitness minutes. Now I'm done for a while so I can Spark! Have a good day.
