Food Rut

Greetings!

I seem to be falling victim to my usual issue of being stuck in a food rut. I need some fresh new ideas on ways to make Chicken, pork and fish more exciting. Getting tired of the same three meals of each. Open to options.

    Spark Recipes does have a lot to check out. Plus I like experimenting with spices & lots of veggies. emoticon Good luck & good eating!

    I use two sources almost exclusively. SparkPeople Recipes. If you know a word in the title (e.g. chicken) you'll usually get lots of choices. The other one I use is MasterCook. The main program has thousands of recipes, AND I've been able to add my own. (A big bonus as I once wrote my own CookBook.) I like it because it will show ALL the recipes that has the word(s) you put in. Sometimes that's great; sometimes not.

    Have you looked at any of the Spark recipes? They have some good ones! I've also found some good ones under clean eating recipes as well as doing a search on the food network, all recipes, taste of home, etc.

    I like the morning star black bean burgers with nature's own 40 cal. bread, laughing cow swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustered. Big Burger for less than 400 calories.
