tr90 Day 15 Check in

While I'm not a fan of trying any "weight loss program," I did find one that had some great recipes and a fun tracking challenge. It's no different than Sparkpeople really, just printed in a book that's on my desk so I look at it and its a motivator.
Soooo. I figured, 90 days of tracking, I'll try it. Didn't use any of the supplements or follow the meal plan for the first 15 days, just to be able to compare.
Body Fat 44.02%

Crunch 20 *pain starting at 10 (switch to ball)

So what I see is that while the scale is not moving, the rest of my body is changing. So I'll continue on. I am going to try the tip of drinking a full glass of water with my vitamin supplements that the Dr. ordered 15 minutes before my meals. We'll see if that helps to curb the appetite (I did remember to do that on Friday before I gave into my MUST HAVE GREASY BURGER craving and couldn't even finish half of what I purchased. Let's see if it's a fluke.)
Dr. also wants me to get my protein intake higher. I tend to fall short on that. Going to try adding the TR90 "TrimShake" powder to my morning smoothie to see if that helps bring that up. If it does help, then I'll spend days 30 to 45 working on how to bring that protein level up to what I need without using a powder mix. I prefer not to use soy products.
