Goals for the Week

I have been working on working out, and this has been my second successful week. Since I know that I will not work out after work, I just decided to get up earlier and get on my treadmill. This is working for me now. I am working out 30 minutes, Monday through Friday. I hope to be able to add some more time, as the weeks progress.

My fitness plan for this week 10/05-10/11
M-30 minutes cardio, 10 st
T-30 minutes cardio, 10 st
W-30 cardio
Th-30 cardio, 10 st
F-30 cardio
S-30 minutes
S-free day

This is tentative and I may choose to add some depending on how I feel.

In terms of my food, I have been tracking it all on the SP tracker. I was initially using My Fitness Pal, but since I am trying to get active on here, I thought it would be best to just keep track of it here. It is pretty simple, and i just log my food either before I eat if I have the time, or later in the day. I have been trying to keep my meals pretty simple so that helps. Except on the weekends of course when we may go out and eat, but it's doable.
