Days 6-7 of my October of Opportunity!!!

The last 2 days have been okay. On both days I met 7/8 of my daily goals with watching too much t.v. being my downfall
. I also went over my calorie range today because I did some stress eating while studying for my mid-term but I did say in my goals that I could have 1 day a week where I went over my range as long as it wasn't through binging and as much as I'd have preferred that to be a weekend day, I'll just have to take today for this week.
I haven't used my 7 days badly so far but I feel like I also haven't used them well enough. This is my "October of Opportunity!!" I need to be more committed to my goals and keep focused. I need to remember what I'm striving for and work towards that!! I need to make the rest of this month
