Plateau- Busting Challenge

This is for the challenge: to write a blog post about my current exercise schedule. I try to walk as many day of the week as I can. I am terrible about doing either strength training or stretching, even though I am sooo aware of the benefits! I'm now even an Empty-Nester so I should have more time to accomplish MY goals, right? Somehow that just isn't working out. I have weights, bands and a Swiss ball right in my living room, too. I do try to stay active and don't sit much at work. And I do crazy things, like squats or knee lifts, whenever I go to the restroom at work. (If anyone saw me doing these things, they'd think I'd lost it!) I am aware that only walking isn't the answer so every now and then I pop a DVD in or participate with an online video. No money for a gym membership, but there's equipment at my pool that's available 24/7. I go there sometimes to change it up, too.
