Day 4-5 of my No-Nonsense November!!

So the last 2 days of my No-Nonsense November have not been as no-nonsense as I would have liked them to be but they were okay. Yesterday as it relates to my 10 daily goals, I met 7. Unfortunately I stepped outside my meal plan at lunch and ate a bit more than I should have which wasn't the healthiest choice and so there went goals 2 and 4. I also didn't get my full 2 hours of studying as per goal 10.
Then today was actually worse because I only met 5 of my goals. The day was going well and I was on track and then it was just like I was hit with one stressful event after another and unfortunately I caved to my desire to numb myself with both food and t.v and had minor binges with both in violation of goals 7 and 8. Obviously those weren't healthy choices, nor in my meal plan so again goals 2 and 4 were out. And once again I didn't study my full 2 hours today so that was goal 10 again.
I must say in my defense that though I failed to meet many of my goals on both days it could have been much worse. I could also have just quit after each "bad" choice/meal and written off the day but I didn't and that made a huge difference because I was able to stay in my calorie range both yesterday and today despite my overeating and mini-binge. I may still not be where I want to be but I'm making progress in my mindset and that is a HUGE victory.
My mind IS changing and that's all I can ask for.
