Its been a year (and can not believe its been that long

It has been a year since I been on this blog. Why I do not know. I have been cycling on my stationary bike, I have fallen a few times and then I get discouraged, and have to start all over. I have lost weight though which is nice. I am taking one day at a time, Now 15 minutes a day, I will work on adding more time. I want to thank all who send me daily sayings. It helps. I can't believe that Thanksgiving is upon us. My darling husband and I will be celebrating 44 years of marriage on the 27th. I was given a early gift for Christmas. In Oct, my two sons came home. I am so proud of both of them. Being their Mother is one of the greatest blessings in life. Happy Thanksgiving to all who read this blog.

Happy Thanksgiving and Congratulations on your anniversary! How wonderful that your sons are home!
I just read a poem about never quitting, and it seems your story is a good example. You have fallen, but you have gotten back up and gone on again! Good for you! emoticon
