I have tried to get back to this calorie counting thing over and over again. So, here I am again.
1. Count calories five days a week.
2. Go to gym or exercise at home 4 times a week.
Rewards: If I succeed, I will color a page in my coloring book.
If I do this for a full month, I will rent a movie.
I have never tried this with rewards because they usually cost money. I don't have much of that. Any suggestions on rewards that cheap and are not food?
