week one check in

I am updating anyone who may care on my attempt to meet my goals that I set last week. I ate reasonably for four days out of seven. Almost but no coloring page there. On the exercise goal, I exercised three days out fo the seven.

I failed on the calorie counting because I love free sweets. My employer had cookies out and I had to have one of each of the interesting looking one. The one that tasted like apple was the weirdest one. Who would think to make a cookie that tastes like a sweetened apple? Probably the same people who thought of candy corn that tastes like candy canes or m & ms that don't taste like chocolate. Another day, my church had a bake sale. You just donate some money and take what ever you want. I grabbed some brownies, two snickerdoodles, and some other good looking things. What did I do? I ate it almost all of it in one day.

I hope I do better next week.

    It is all in a mindset. If you are ready to do the work in losing weight and getting healthy, then you are ready. If you are not ready, then you are not. You can't force yourself to eat well and be successful. You have to really want it and would go to any length to get it. Best wishes.
