Low carb - has changed my life

Low carb (100g or less per day) works incredibly well for me. It has changed my life.
When I eat too many carbs, I experience:
- crazy blood sugar swings (up and down)
- anxiety that doesn't respond well to stress reduction techniques such as meditation
- intense craving and drive to eat sugary treats
. out of control bingeing on chips or other high-fat, high-salt carby things
- feeling ravenously hungry soon after eating
- mental fog
- tiredness after meals
I will never go back to the way I ate before (following the standard dietary advice). It may work for others, but it is a nightmare for me.
