OK, relentless is the word of the year and I'm going to embrace it. I may even get an engraved bracelet or something with the word relentless on it to remind me each day.
My goal this year is super simple. I am going to exercise a minimum of 20 minutes each day. That's it. I'm starting with that. I'm making some other dietary changes based on lots or research I've been doing, but I'm starting my goals with one simple thing that I can be relentless about. Twenty minutes a day!!!
