Day 3 - 100 Days of Weight Loss by Linda Spangler
There are many days I don't feel like going to work, but I do it anyway.
There are days I don't feel like cooking dinner for my family but I do it anyway.
There are days I don't feel like doing laundry but I do it anyway.
There are lots of other things in my life that I do even when I don't feel like it.
But this is where that pattern breaks down: with my fitness plan. I am learning to focus on my actions and not my feelings. I don't have to feel like working on my weight loss plan - I just need to do it. ( I just got back from at 30 min walk that I didn't feel like doing!)
JUST DO IT!
