PiYo and Diet Day 4

Yesterday I was so sore I could hardly walk, so I took a rest day. Today I did PiYo Sweat. It was surprisingly difficult and I didn't make it through the full 35 minutes. I got through 20 before I was shaking so badly I couldn't continue. I'll get there though. My goal is to add 5 minutes to that DVD each time I go through it until I can get through the whole work out.

Breakfast was a slice of toast with avocado, hard boiled eggs, and mixed greens.

Lunch was shakeology

Dinner was leftover red curry lentils with a poached egg.

I've been struggling with late night snacking. I'm sticking to my plan perfectly throughout the day, but then come home and munch and snack. We got rid of all the chips, pretzels, crackers, and other junk food, so it is healthy snacking (dry edamame, hard boiled eggs, fruits or vegetables), but it definitely is an issue. I'm hoping to try to have a cup of flavored tea instead in the evenings.

Do any of you have any advice to curb late night snacking?

    KG4PVOWIFE, that is a good idea. I think I need to find snacks that satisfy me (and portion control them so I don't over eat). emoticon

    I save calories to spend in the evenings. I find a light snack of carbs satisfies me more at night than protein.
