PiYo and Diet Day 6

Yesterday I skipped PiYo because I ran 2 miles at work and was absolutely wiped when I got home. I then overdid it on a late night snack of Ben and Jerry's while my husband and I watched a movie. But, today is a new day.
I started the day with a workout PiYo Upper Body, and did much better this time than the first time through it.
I had my shakeology with a frozen banana and almond milk.
Lunch will be salad (probably with beans, corn, avocado, and cilantro)
Dinner will be leftover quinoa and maybe some salmon.
My husband and I are also going to set up my new desk cycle and go rock climbing today.
