The past few days have been a bit wacky – late night eats Sun and maybe Mon or Tues or both, not able to sleep my usual 8 hours/stay up late for 2-3 nights.
It is so beautiful weather-wise so walks have been great! I have been food logging as for me that is key. I also am weighing once a week. I’ve lost a few pounds, that makes me feel a little better about the outlook as I have a long way to go. I bought jeans Sun because I needed them and my other existing jeans are now 1-2 sizes too small. The jeans I bought were a size up from what I'm currently wearing so I probably could squeeze in the size I’m wearing now.... hmm, may re-think, exchange, but probably not though, as the size ups seemed much more comfy! :)
I’m going to try and cook more – beef stew in crockpot last Sun – pretty tasty!! This weekend I'm thinking chicken. I have a bird watching field trip Sat. Have to see how much school work I get done before then though. School – lots of reading to do, already behind feeling but just have to do what I can do…. and not get overly worked up about it so much any more.
I am content to be working on these goals!
