Progress so far

I feel like I'm doing really well. Some days, I don't exercise and some days I eat more than I probably should be but I've still been successful and I haven't let my lazy days hold me back. In fact I consider them good for me. If I eat all the calories that I burn in a day, I see it as a metabolism reboot (assuming I don't do it too often, lol) and if I don't exercise, heck, I deserve a rest day. My problem in the past has always been my inability to deal with inconsistency, I've always been all or nothing. This time around I seem to be doing better with that and I am so proud of myself.
