I am so frustrated! I just spent 1/2 hour working on my blog and was literally on the last few lines and my computer froze up and I lost everything! Sigh.... It has been one of those days.

Oatmeal with diced apple, raisins, brown sugar and almond milk
1/2 diced apple
1/2 diced pear
1/4 c grapes

emoticon Morning Snack
Single serve container of carb control yogurt

emoticon Lunch
2 cups mixed sauteed veggies with polish sausage
Rosemary cracker with wedge of laughing cow cheese
3/4 c applesauce with 1/4 c berries and dollop of FF whip

emoticon Afternoon Snack
Large apple
Handful of almonds

emoticon Dinner
Omelette with 1 egg, 2 whites, mixed veggies, mozzarella
1 1/2 Rosemary Cracker with wedge of laughing cow cheese
2 slices bacon

emoticon Evening Snack
3/4 c warmed applesauce with 1/4 c berries and dollop of FF whip
