5% Challenge starting soon!

Today is the last day of week 1 of my Shape Up For Spring BLC. Weigh-in tomorrow!!! Time to see how my Diamonds did! I'm not sure what the scale will say for me after Italian food Sunday (it made that number jump up a bit lol), but I'm okay with whatever it says. I did my monthly measurements today and I lost another 6.25 total inches! I'll take that!
March 26th is the start of the 5% Challenge! This one is an 8 week challenge, and your goal is fairly self-explanatory...lose 5% of your body weight! I'm on the Walkers & Joggers team and these people are just amazing! We've got a wide range of members on our team, from walkers with quite a bit of weight to lose, to marathon runners looking to maintain, and everyone in between. And they're all so very nice and supportive! We even have one hilariously sarcastic guy who writes the best blogs ever!!! lol
There are a few full teams, mine included, but there are still teams with available slots! If you need to lose, maintain, or just get motivated to improve on your healthy habits and fitness minutes, you should seriously check out the 5% Challenge!
