Up early this morning with lots to do before leaving for 3 days. We are going down the Coast to Depoe Bay and staying in a Condo (Wyndham) with my Sis/BIL and 2 of their friends. I put in my 30 minutes on the treadmill before breakfast and then headed to the gym for Weight Training class. Today was Upper Body with 5 sets with reps of 12, 10, 8, 6, and back to 12. The idea is to try and increase weight as the reps go down, but the reality is your muscles are more fatigued as you progress. I was able to increase on a few of the exercises .. the chest fly and the overhead triceps.

After the gym, I finished up a few household chores and got packed for the trip. Before heading out, we all met for lunch at a nearby Chinese Restaurant. I didn't do too bad with my eating, but Chinese food in general is not the best choice for me.

Spent the rest of the afternoon in the car. I am responsible for making a Dinner for Six and a Breakfast for Six. Also packed some snacks and drinks. When we arrived, everyone started unpacking stuff and the refrigerator was full in no time at all. It is an all out food fest with snacks out everywhere. I had a glass of wine (mistake #1) and that was unfortunately followed up with way too much food and a full dessert. Word for the day is ... oh oh

1/2 c mixed fruit

2 oz BBQ pork, 1/2 c pork fried rice, 1/2 c vegetable sub gum chow mein, 1 oz Sweet/Sour Chicken

Food Good Chips
Medium Fresh Apple

2 pieces of bread with butter
Small mixed green salad with Italian Dressing
Bowl of Beef Stew
Dish of Ice Cream with chocolate/caramel hard shell
