I Like Numbers

When I was in high school, I failed Algebra 2 twice. Then when I was in college I passed with flying colors. I thought I was just bad at math, turns out I was bad at dealing with bad teachers.
So now that I'm trying to lose weight again, it's turned into a numbers game. I'm on the Keto Plan, which is very low carb, low protein, and high fat. I have 3 apps on my phone which helps me keep track of everything. SparkPeople, of course, then Plant Nanny, which helps me track my water intake, and RunDouble which is a couch to 5k app. It gets a little complicated, but it's also turned into kind of a game, seeing how I can play with the numbers.
I also like doing my exercising at the YMCA, so I can keep track of exactly how far I run on the treadmill, and how many calories are burned. I know some people don't like to do a lot of tracking but so far for me it seems to be working. I hope this time the lifestyle changes stick , because I'm ready for a major change!
