Time to recommit....

I weighed myself before Zumba this morning. Ouch, 5 pounds heavier than I was in Dec. I'm quite sure that stress had a lot to do with the gain. I've been eating and drinking too much to deal with it. But now I'm going back to basics, even tracking my food again, and I hope to shed the gain without too much trouble. Wish me luck!

    From personal experience stress can quickly add unwanted pounds. If you get a chance, check out Cortisol, the stress hormone, on Wikipedia. Good job of paying attention and going after those 5 lbs. emoticon emoticon emoticon
