March 31st report

Trying to stay awake to type this out, so apologies if there are some incoherent things. Diet- did good until dinner. My aunt invited us out to a local restaurant that she likes, and we hadn't seen her in a while, so I said sure. The problem with that restaurant is that they are not well known for small portions...and I didn't really look for the healthiest item on the menu. I only managed about half of the burger. I tried tracking it, but I think I'm missing something. Exercise- none today, because.... Work-life- I went into work today to do some development. Not much got done that I expected, but I did forget to warn my supervisor that I was coming. It was a productive day though, just long. Overall health- good. I'm very tired, did not sleep well and was pretty much "on" from 6am to 8pm. I'm not used to that. Frankly, I'm surprised I don't have a head ache. Love life- pretty good. Family life- also good. Home life- also good, lol. I feel like I'm forgetting something. I'll remember it tomorrow, I'm sure, but for now I am going to sleep. Goodnight, spark friends!
