Diets are not working for me so I going for daily goals.
April 5/2016 Goal
1: Today's goal is to stay with in calorie range ( 1260-1550). calories eaten: 1381
Actions to help me be accountable.
a) Track all my meals before I eat them
b) Eat slowly and no seconds
c) Drink water : 10 cups
d) exercise: 60 minutes minimum.
e) Go to bed by 10:00 pm. Went to bed at 11:00 pm: work on this
These do not look hard.
