Day 3 the 30 Day Stay WIthin My Calorie Range Challenge!!

So today was another good day despite being a long and tiring one. I got up this morning and did my Insanity: Max 30 Sweat Intervals video and as you can probably tell by the name it was no joke. I did well though and I definitely noticed that it was better than my other 2 rounds doing the program so
to getting fitter!!
I then walked the 20 minute walk to the hospital for class but I unfortunately didn't get to walk home because the afternoon session was at another hospital which isn't in walking distance and so I got a ride to an from with a friend.
On the food front!! My streak is alive!!
It has't been a breeze I will admit that but it's joyous to me to know that I'm being disciplined with my eating again so another
I am off to bed to get up early to study.
