Days 4-5 the 30 Day Stay WIthin My Calorie Range Challenge!!

So I failed to blog yesterday but I was just super tired, it wasn't that I had fallen off the proverbial wagon and was hiding.
I'm have now actually stayed within my calorie range for 5 days straight!!
These 5 days haven't been the easiest especially today when my plans changed in the middle of the day and I then couldn't get home to eat the calorie appropriate lunch that I'd planned. I've stuck to my guns though and I've found as I usually find whenever I do this that the more you flex that "discipline muscle" the stronger it gets.
I feel so much stronger and so much better than when my eating was out of control and when I was making excuses instead of healthy choices. I know it's good to not be too strict and to not strive for "perfectionism" but I think I've proven that whenever I give myself "wiggle room" it tends to become "wallow room" and so I really do believe that at least until I get to maintenance my current approach needs to be my only approach.
On the exercise front I did my Insanity Max 30 Tabata Power video yesterday and today was Friday Fight Round 1. I also tried to get my walking done but with 2 exams yesterday at 2 different hospitals it didn't really work out and then today my husband decided that he wanted to drive me which totally ruined my plans of getting some walking done in my commute. I'm trying to make up for it though by walking in place even as I type this blog. It is a bit more strenuous but it's kind of fun. if you haven't tried it you should. Just prop up your laptop or monitor on a few books and get stepping.
Anyway that's all for now. I'm off to spend time with my DH before I give him more reason to say that I spend more time with Spark than with him
