MOTIVATION, MOTIVATION, MOTIVATION!

IT IS HARD TO STAY MOTIVATED EVERY DAY OF EVERY WEEK OF EVERY MONTH! SOME DAYS I LOSE SIGHT OF MY GOAL. SOME DAYS I THINK THAT PIECE OF CAKE OR PIE OR CANDY WON'T HURT MY WEIGHT LOSS UNTIL I SEE THAT SCALE NUMBER GO UP. I HAVE A WEIGHT LOSS SCRAP BOOK I STARTED YEARS AGO AND NEVER FINISHED BECAUSE I NEVER MET MY GOAL. I HAVE NOW DUSTED IT OFF AND STARTED USING IT AGAIN. I AM FILLING IT WITH TIPS AND GOALS AND PICTURES TO INSPIRE AND MOTIVATE ME,
I WAS LOOKING AT MY SPARK PAGE TODAY AND DECIDED IT NEEDED MORE MOTIVATION SO NOW IT IS FILLED WITH MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES TO REMIND ME THAT THIS IS NOT GOING TO BE DONE OVERNIGHT AND IT ISN'T GOING TO BE EASY BUT IT IS GOING TO BE WORTH IT!
