Another good day

Working on staying under 1200 calories and using the Eat to Live program as a blueprint. The main change is no or little fruit.

I don't actually need to avoid fruit for the calories or carbs but I was having other issues.

I might have to put a message on the author's page to see how he would address a person susceptible to yeast overgrowth and the issue of too much sugar when dealing with pain.

So far so good staying on track and tracking my foods.

    With my height and current health conditions, if I go over 1300 I will gain. Between 1200 and 1300 I stay the same and can only lose if I stay below 1200. I get lots of good quality food in that range. Due to my fibromyalgia I can't get the kind of exercise required to burn calories.
